Every morning, we visit the Toyosu Market directly and purchase the freshest fish of the day.
Therefore, we are absolutely confident in the freshness and quality of our fish.
Among these, we recommend the "Assorted Sashimi".
We carefully select the most seasonal and tasty seafood according to the availability of the day, and offer six different types of seafood each day.
The menu includes the standard shellfish menu such as tuna and scallops, and sometimes rare fish.
We will see what kind of stories we can come across on that day.
Also, "Torotaku Yukke with Salmon Roe" and "Scallops and Mushrooms with Garlic Butter" seafood.
