Fresh ingredients purchased from Toyosu every morning are carefully prepared and served by our artisans.
The specialty "Kora Pork" is served with a special ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) to refresh the flavor and tenderness of the pork.
Rich in collagen, it also warms the body in cold weather.
Also, don't miss the "Tempura" that changes seasonally.
